Water fasting, what is that?
Why would someone want to water fast? Isn't it better to get more protein and some nutrients? I try to remember that whatever form of weight loss regime I use, I have to change my way of eating. Always to eat a healthier group of foods.

It took nearly a year!
Finally lost a total of 47 pounds. My body is a little soft around the edges. Need more exercise!!
