Went to Red Lobster Friday night and did not have a biscuit or any starches. Requested asparagus instead and it came with broccoli. Not having the biscuits did not bother me but I sure did miss that little salted baked potato.
Did some yard work Saturday. Cut my hedges which means climbing up and down a small ladder. So I got my exercise that day. My back is telling me about it today.

Weighed in today. Lost a pound. I think at least 1 & 1/2 because they scale was hovering between 185 and 186. I am so excited to be loosing again. I really think coming off the crystal lite and drinking spring water made the difference. Also have been recording everything that I eat each day on Fat Secret and that makes me more aware of how I am doing. I love Fat Secret. It has everything I need.
Did not make it to Red Lobster last night. Going tonight. Will not reward myself with food as I have done in the past. Will stick to my lc diet. Not going to screw it up now that I am losing again. I might reward myself with a new purse instead !

Sticking to plan. Not getting hungry today. Drinking water. Getting more creative with my salads. Will try some of the new salad dressing recipes in the new Atkins book for a little variety. Made salmon patties last night using canned salmon with one egg and a handful of crushed pork skins. Very good. Had it crumbled in my salad for lunch today.
Going to eat at Red Lobster tonight. Will not have any biscuits ! No croutons on salad. Should be ok with lobster and parmesan shrimp scampi.

I had so much energy yesterday that it was scary. This morning I am dragging since I didn't get to bed before almost 12:30. I feel so much better being off sugar and starches. I actually was able to do things after getting home from work and making supper. Used to collapse in front of the tv and fall asleep. I wish the pounds would drop faster but I am feeling great. I know all my meds make it slower coming off so I won't get discouraged.
