Going slow but, I am losing! To me it is not how fast you lose as long as you are healthy and you reprogram your life style.

Hey girl's hope you are doing great with all your programs! Just eating a vegan diet has made me lose weight. I really do not want to starve myself because I have been so anal with diets before and I would just gain it back or quit. I feel healthy this time and I do not count calories, I just changed the way I live and becoming a vegan has been a life changer for me. I am losing slow and that is okay because I feel GREAT. I do take supplements like vit B, Spirulina ect, I want to make sure I don't lack any thing in my nutrition. Changing my life style takes a lot of work and a lot of home work to educate yourself about nutrition. This month I am going to be 58 years old and want to stay vital and hopefully I'll get a boyfriend in my life maybe at the gym! Enjoy and LIVE LIFE!!

Well it was challenging to say the least because I do not have control over vegan seed cracker or hummus and nut's that I should of skipped in the grocery store last week but had some emotional issues. I truly want to work on emotions and emotional eating habit's. Granted it is not ice cream or cake but it did put a wrench in my progress.

I enjoy the food I eat-NO MEAT-NO DAIRY- NO EGGS and I feel GREAT! Really I feel renewed as if I were twenty again! Believe me there are so many options of food being vegan and you naturally lose weight. I am doing a cleansing right now with evening tea 100% natural, it is very relaxing and helps me sleep sound. The tea is called Laci Le Beau Super Dieter's tea. Try cutting white starch like potato's eat yam's instead, eat black rice. Apply hemp seeds in your diet and drink a lot of water and you know to eat ton's of dark leafy green's and fruit's.Artificial sweeteners will make you fat.
