Energy Drinks
Have you ever tried Yerba Mate? It is a tea (or herbal infusion) that is very stimulating and extremely healthy for you! Plus it doesn't have the negative effects that coffee has. There are many different flavors if you go to a loose tea shop; some of my favorites are peach and Mate Masala. It is certainly worth a shot! plus 0 calories...only goodness

Where is everyone from?
Hello! I am from a small town (not as small as yours Adrienne! lol; we have about 6000 people)In Alberta, Canada. Very limited produce and essentially zero organics. Whenever we can, we travel over an hour to the nearest city and go to their farmers market and stock up! lol. I tried to follow the raw food vegan diet for a bit but it was super challenging to plan the grocery list when we can only get good quality groceries a maximum of 2X a month. I hope to get to know some of you
