I wish this wasn't as much of a "secret."
Hello sisters of mine that are on a quest to feel healthier and look better. I have been on You on a Diet since Jan. 6 and feel pretty good. My size 14's were getting tight so I knew it was time to take a serious look at what I'm doing with myself. I'm down 3 lbs. and I can get into a size 12 pair of jeans that until now I've only been able to pull on but not zipper. I can zip them now albeit they are tight but still it's progress. I'm doing some pilates mat classes which are helping with stress, posture and strengthening my "core" which is the abdomen and when that is stronger it affects how we walk, carry ourselves and for me it's been less headaches. I enjoy the diversity of this site and as for Rosalie, you are amazing for a gal still in high school. You keep going till you reach your goal. I love the LORD too!

great ahi recipe
I followed the Asian Salmon recipe substiting Ahi that I'd bought from Costco- frozen individual pieces- very affordable. Yesterday I made some tuna salad and added some wasabi into the mix. I never thought of adding wasabi but my husband suggested it and wow! was it tasty.
