too much stress in my life right now. I have been eating pretty healthy, but have been eating wheat bread. Sometimes when I eat breads of any,my weight loss slows down, however I still lost weight. I am eating 100% whole wheat with flax seed, and it is sugar free. It is a little more expensive but it is good bread. I have also been eating a lot of fruit. Makes my body feel engerized..SO I am trying....how is everyone else doing?

was ill for a few weeks, but back on track now. Could not eat much but what I did was high carbs..made me feel grose. But since I have been back on track have lost 3 pounds. I feel so much better when I eat better. Does that make sense?
