I did really well all day. Eggs for breakfast, grilled chicken w/broccoli for lunch but Wendys for dinner. I only ate half and nixed the croutons but still had two of my fianes chicken nuggets :(

I realized I put the wrong weight in on Monday. So I will update to the correct and keep that going on a daily basis. I think that if I have to post the weight loss publicly, maybe I will have a better chance to stick to it.

Today was the end of day one. Could have done better but not too bad either. Hope tomorrow goes off without a hitch. I find that pre-making my meals helps a lot to stay on track. Here we go!
