I lost 9.5 lbs on phase 1. Today is day 2 of Phase 2 for me and I am down another 2. This is great I hop ethe loss continues although I know it will slow down eventuallually. I have a horrible confession to make. I have not exercised 1 bit and I know that sucks. I probably cheated myself of a few lbs not to mention I need to get my heart rate up and all that good stuff.

Ok I know I am not supposed to but I have been weighing everyday
yep I suffer from scale obsession. Anyways I was not too happy to see I gained a pound but I am doing things right so I did not stress it much. Probably was my schedule or whatever. Today is day 6
I have been considering staying on phase 1 until Christmas.

I am loving this diet. I lost 50 lbs on Atkins 2 years ago and gained it all back. I also suffer from PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome). Why do I love this diet?
1- I feel so justified in what I eat. I mean I am eating really natural god given fruit & veggies and beans it's great to say that out loud.
2- Once tha gas clears up your bathroom days will make you sing a tune. Not sure if this is same for everyone but for me it's smooth sailing not stuck in traffic or the Indy 500.
3- My cravings are gone. Thats extreme for me to say I am honestly a carboholic and I love sweets . Its great that I can still have carbs and they are actually good for me ;)
4- The scale actually moves I eat and I eat and I lose so far on average about a 1b a day woohoo FatSmash I'm loving you.
