almost double my goal of 100 grams of carbs today:( I guess chicken noodle soup is not the ticket! not to mention the ice cream.
I will not make it to the gym today. On the upside I will not be spending money going out to breakfast with the girls from work-one of them has to take her mom to an appointment because her dad is ill.
Andrea and I are getting along ok this week. We will see if she actually goes through her stuff in storage to get rid of that payment and then start paying for half of the utilities.

If I stick to my plan I will have less than 100grams of carbs in today:)But also only 40% of RDI. I need to increase my protien now that I have increased my non-starchy vegies. Friday or Saturday will be my cooking day for next week.
I will attend Pilates class this morning after I take Andrea to her appointment. I am looking forward to class, it is always a challenge and rewarding to feel like I accomplished something for myself.
Andrea has stopped doing dishes for me. I have asked her to start using Metro-mobility a bus service for the elderly and disabled. I will still be her back up ride but hopefully she will start to utilize that service.

Over on my carbs again but better than the other week. It was the fruit and VEMMA Bode Shake that did me in. I can hardly wait until I a have finished all of the VEMMA Bode Shake mix that I have in the cupboard. I have a hard time throwing it away-it was spendy and the mix I will be getting from LTF is just as spendy.
I attended Aqua yesterday it was challenging as it was a weighted cardio day which means that we did all of the cardio with the hand weights in our hands. One of my classmates developed chest pain I took her pulse and another classmate who is a MD assessed her-she is alright for now. They are going to be getting rid of the Tuesday and Thursday Aqua classes beginning September 2. I will have to re-evaluate my classes that I want to attend. I will not attend a workout class this morning for the reasons in the following paragraphs.
Andrea was not ready to go shopping when I got home from Aqua even though I texted her when I arrived at the club and when I was on my way home from class. We did not leave home until 12:50pm and did not get home until 5:30pm And I had to work again tonight that left me with about 3.5 hours to sleep. Frustrating!!!!
Tonight at work is not fun. I only have 4 patients but they are all trying to get out of bed and fall on me or have dangerously low blood pressures! Ugh stressful to say the least, at least I don't have time to be tired!

update
I needed something extra so I went for the peanut butter toast one slice with jelly and another with a little honey. Now my carbs are just under 150 grams. Again this is better than it has been but not where I want it.

If I stick to my plan for food I should be just under 100grams of carbs today:) I will need to go shopping and cook today for next week as today is the only day I will have. I work Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs next week.
I did not exercise yesterday I was just too tired and today I will not get to the gym either-too much to do. At least I have my meal plan ready and shopping list mostly ready to go.
I was late to work tonight. Diane and I were going to carpool tonight but she over slept-I called her at 2225 and woke her up. Then I had to go to a different unit in the hospital. Oh well she was much later than I was.
