protein shakes
Pure whey isolate, brown rice, and egg white protein powders work the best for me. Try and stay away from any brand/type that contains fructose (no one needs the extra sugar). Unsweetened or sweetened with Stevia are the best. I flavor my shakes with frozen blueberries and a product I buy from my Naturopath called Greens First Berry - yummy!
