Today was a nice and positive day, basically because I felt all day my muscles screaming from yesterday' Turbo Jam workout. Today I decided to give it a bit of a break, with something more relaxing and not so intense, so I turned to Tracy Anderson's Method Mat. It reaaaaally pulled my muscles in ways I didn't know it's possible. But, I survived :D

I guess I will try to combine my workout days like this, each day of intense cardio will be followed by something at a lower pace, but still active.

Funny part of today, was that my cat was watching me during my workout, and when I got to the part that involved laying on the exercise mat, he came purring next to me and was loving :D He even laid on a side, like me, with one of the legs up, like my exercises. Super funny. I must admit I have one the most curious and smart and loving cats. And this makes me feel a bit pathetic for being all cry-baby yesterday; after all, even my cat supports me, I have nothing to complain about but keep going :)
