YEA! I HAVE MY COMPUTER BACK!!! SORRY I HAVEN'T BEEN ON TO DO ANYTHING....JUST NOT ENOUGH TIME ON THE LIBRARY'S COMPUTER.

I am out of a computer for a few days! Got a virus on Saturday!
I am at the library right now....
So the food journal is out.
Just to be honest...I have been really good. I added two foods from Phase 2: dried apricots and fatfree light yogurt.
I have not lost anymore weight. Still at 123.
I am not going to drink wine til Friday....
I am going to be really good this week and try to cut the dairy, up the water and cut the salt. I will post when I get my computer bakc. Tahnks

I have decided to eat Phase 1 one more day and try to not drink any wine tonight. No promises on that. I am not weighing myself today, I will weigh in on MOnday!

I am ready to scream!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have followed the SBD strictly for 10 days...today is day 11! I lost (on Monday) 5.5 lbs. I got on the scale today and gained .4 lbs. I haven't done anything off of the charts except one time I ate 25 almonds when I was only supposed to eat 15. I am not so confident that any more weight is going to come off before I switch to Phase 2. Help!!
Anyone have any advice?
I am pent up and ready to start my period and I figure I am very very PERIMENOPAUSAL. So not to use that as an excuse but....
