udah bertahun2 pakai FC.. baru kali ini stabil turun alias gak yoyo. Setelah dihajar Gerd semua berubah, makan yg biasanya hanya hitung2 kalori tanpa seleksi asupannya, skg sudah mulai pilah pilih. pemilihan jenis karbo, tidak makan tepung2an, tidak makan goreng2an, tidak makan mie instant, tidak makan gula pasir,, di awal memang berat tp karena gerd ini udah berhasil bikin aku kena anxiety disorder, aku nekad berjuang. sekarang sudah terbiasa dan malah menikmatinya. alhamdulillah hasilnya bb ku pun turun dan hampir mendekati target. Meskipun gerd belum sepenuhnya sembuh krn mungkin ppikiranku yang masih sulit dikendalikan utk menghindari stress. tapi lagi2 aku akan terus berjuang utk sembuh, meskipun banyak yg bilang gerd tdk bs disembuhkan.
