Today was the first time I was hungry in the morning in a week. Perhaps because I ate 1,000 kcals yesterday, but that included cake because my family didn't want to finish it. Before I tossed it away, I remembered my parents telling me, "We don't waste food!" I took a couple of bites, then threw the rest in the trash, then took the kitchen bag out to the dumpster, too! I can't let inanimate object like food overpower me.

I had a fairly active day. I did 30 minutes of pushing exercises, 10 minutes of HIIT on my elliptical, then took my dog for a brisk mile walk. Then, my family and I went for a half day ride on our quads, which can be an arm and abdomen workout if you use body English. I wasn't hungry until I fasted 16 hours and followed my diet plan with a large "Skinny Cat" salad and ice tea when we ate at a local restaurant.

Fasted 16 hours until I became hungry, then I ate primarily vegetables and protein, 8 chips with my steak salad, and fruit when sugar cravings hit, but only one or 2 servings which amounted to exactly 1300 kcals, 104 Gms protein, 105 Gms carbs and around 50 Gms of fat.
