New rules I need to follow:
1. Titrate treats to less than daily
2. No eating past 8pm or emotional eating, it induces binges
3. Titrate diet soda to 1 serving per day or less, because it seems to cause cravings

I've been hungrier during this menstrual cycle. I think the weight loss comes at the end of it because I consumed nearly 1900 calories yesterday.
