I'm rather surprised that I lost weight considering that I didn't follow my meal plan while at a theme park, but we did a lot of activity and walked miles there.

My sister and I threw my parents a party to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with champagne, a keg of Kokanee, pulled pork, chips, fruit, and salads, and we continued celebrating the 4th of July throughout the weekend. Although I didn't eat buns, tortillas, or bread, I did eat a pancake one breakfast, chips, and drank without consideration of how many carbs I was consuming. I also ate a couple of smores I made with my son yesterday. Not only did I gain weight, but I felt inflammation in my left shoulder and my acne returned.

I was hungry all day yesterday! I ate my breakfast at my usual 7am, lunch shake early at 10am, nuts at 1pm, then "dinner" at 3pm because I was hungry again, not just craving. I would have consumed 1100kcals only if I hadn't broken one of my rules by eating again after 8pm for a total of 1700 kcals which is obviously excessive for me.

I gained 1 Lb after a little indulge of 130Gms carbs and 1300kcals. I found I can stomach a cookie. I just wanted to know what it tastes like.
