Lost weight after overeating last night, but I was hungry. I think it's because of the energy spent at the amusement park, and I've been exercising almost daily this week. Even 15 minutes can make a difference for someone as overweight as I am giving all I got, like HIIT training. Still, I'm not hungry now after that late night meal, so I'll skip the morning meal and have an early lunch instead.

I overate (2240 total) while feeling upset last night because of my son's disrespectful behavior. I'm surprised I still lost weight, but suppose it's because I have cut calories and exercised most of this last week.

I overindulge for dinner with friends at a restaurant. 1750 kcals total is between maintenance and weight gain range for me.

This goes to show that the websites that gives 1900 kcals for my maintenance calories are wrong because I gained nearly 2 lbs on 1830kcals. I know there are other variables like fluid retention and miscalculations of how much I ate, but most of it was the same until I went to a church event that fed us pizza, they had ran out of salad, so I got a tangerine and cookies instead. Calories count when we're trying to lose or gain weight, so I still think my range is around 1600 kcals is maintenance and 1200 for weight loss, 2000 for weight gain.
