All was well until I snacked on chips and pear bread. According to Fat Secret calculations, 1525 ckals and 125 Gms of carbs theoretical should be less than my daily burn, especially after I exercised, yet I still gain weight. Apparently, there is no room for junk food in my diet if I want to lose weight and keep it off.

Gained weight after camping this weekend an celebrating Father's Day with a slice of cake. Otherwise, I ate mostly vegetables, protein, and fruit.

Weight gain from the following.
1424 kcals , 96 Gms protein, 111 Gms carbs
Granted, I didn't have time to exercise, but according to experts, I should still be losing weight by consuming these "deficit" calories. I snacked on Beanitos while making salsa and the chocolate hummus has a lot of sugar while being hummus.

Gained weight on 1746 kcals and 140Gms of carbs. I'm sure it is because I didn't measure the potatoe salad, and I drank ovaltine with their whole milk when I craved chocolate after an argument with my husband. I should have talked it out, exercised, or prayed about it instead. I did pray, actually... after the ovaltine. I've got to learn to implement my own plan.

Relieved to to see weight loss. I had to force myself to eat over 100Gms of protein, but it kept me full all day to keep my ckals under 1300
