Exciting to see. Looks like exercise can make a difference. LOL. How sad most malls have closed. It is so hot and humid. And for those that haven't experienced it -- it IS the humidity.

Whoefoolnut, I'd love to email, but don't know how. There's lots of things I don't understand about how FS works. I do eat lots of dark green vegetables, but want to learn more. I wish FS would show complex and simple carbs. I know the majority of my carbs are simple.

Sad day/happy day. I have met a weight where I thought I could wear some of my old clothes. Alas! In the intervening years my body has changed and gravity is winning! As I gained my weight, I put my outgrown clothes in luggage. I look forward to opening my "gift to myself packages".
