Sorry I haven't been on the site much. I have been doing good though!. I've been trying to get to the gym at least 3 times a week. I haven't been eating so bad either. I still need some work on the food, but I'm getting better. Since I had gained weight since coming joining fatsecret it isn't showing a loss, but I am down 7 lbs from two weeks ago.

This week I'm going to focus on not drinking coke anymore. Also my kids are still in half day kindergarten and prek, so I have two hours of alone time to get to the gym. There's 5 days a week of no excuse not to get to the gym time :)
I bought some salad and other veggies to eat. Also my whole family is on board with this. My husband said he won't by pop anymore for the house. Also we stopped buying junk food snacks for the kids. It's worked out well so far. My kids just automatically went for fruit and yogurt when they got hungry. I really thought it would be a struggle with them, but nope not at all.
It feels really nice to be back in control.

I finally got on the scale again 273. The highest I've been. It's been a whirlwind the last two weeks. I'll be honest my heart just hasn't been in it. I feel like I've been out of wack lately. I'm bipolar and my life has felt so out of control lately. Today is the first day in weeks that I feel grounded and somewhat in control...if that makes sense.
When ever I go home to visit I always go out to eat with my grandma and we get hot roast beef sandwiches. I saw a picture of her yesterday and that made me crave one so bad! I held off until this morning and made one for breakfast. It was so good. I feel so satisfied, but not over full. That's a new a feeling for me.
