black bean tostadas with melted pepper jack cheese underneath, avocado, hot sauce, and the tiniest dollop of sour cream. about 350 calories of yummness

chocolate cherry overnight oats! a whopping 800 calories with this breakfast but you can switch milks, yogurts, eliminate chocolate, and more to make it less calories. will mess around with the recipe throughout the week to make it more calorie friendly!
