How much water should I drink? Informative site I want to share.
Wow thanks for posting that, I just read the article and I can't believe how much I should be drinking! I have finally gotten into a routine of drinking my 8 8oz glasses of water per day, and according to the article I should actually be drinking about a gallon! Not sure how I am going to do that but at least I know I need to get in a lot more! Geez I'm gonna have to carry around my own porta potty! LOL

Newbie here!
It will be fun taking our journeys together, we can definitely do this, Wonderland here we come! It's been 15+ yrs since I have seen the 100s so that is a giant hurdle for me to get over!

Thank you Steph, I will add you to my buddies! Always good to have people for support and answers. I also started on the Atkins site but I love the food tracker so much better on here, I could never get that one to work. Hope things are going good for you, I just started week 3, so far so good!

Hey All,
Started Atkins 2 weeks ago, have about 80 lbs to go so I thought maybe I could find some buddies, to share the journey with! Starting my 3rd week with a 6 lb loss so far, still tweaking my meal plan and finding the best meal plans that work for me. Will stay on induction as long as I can.
