I'm 25 years old and have been struggling with weight my entire life. I was a huge athlete in high school but was never ok with my body (oh what I wouldn't give to be that size again!). After I went to college I gained the freshman 15 and then some. About 3 years ago I lost about 45 pounds in about 2 months by exercisizing like crazy and barely eating. I put all the weight back on and am now trying to do it the healthy way.
