today i decided to start eating really clean again. juicing, eating whole foods and exercising. my muscles are weak!! i know that this has a lot to do with not being mobile in any kind of way and eating lots of sugars/carbs. i know that i can be vegetarian and very healthy. i just have not been putting in the efforts for a long time. i want to see my body slim down, my energy and mood improve and see my skin glow again. i have a ton of supplements and i know how to have good exercise habits. it is all a matter of doing it. not trying to but actually getting up and taking the time to prepare for my days. here goes to looking healthy and wonderful on my 30th birthday!!
