At the present time I am looking into diets that will help me loose 75-100 pounds. I am 33 years old and a mother of five children. Over the years I have had problems with the yo-yo effect when dieting. Even after my prgnancies the most I ever weighed was 140 pounds. However, over the last three years I have really let myself go out of frustration with not being in control to maintain a weight. I currently weigh 220lbs and I am completely miserable and furious at myself for allowing this to happen, all I can think about is "I know I need to quit feeling so sorry ofr myself and do something about it". The problem is I have lost my self disciple. Now I need to gain it back and figure out how to maintain my goal to become healthy and feel good about myself again.
