Weighed in this morning and thought I would be pleasantly supprised but I wasn't, still at 144. I am not discouraged I know it will take anoter week at phase 1 before I start to see any difference.
Did really well no bread potatoes or sweets except for a slim fast and thats it.

O.K. I'm really starting today.
No sugar, no potatoes,no white bread, rice, No beer,no fruit,wine only Sat, Sun.
Well for the first two weeks.

I have bad new for me
I've been kinda close to being reallly stricked but not all the way. So one would say I'm on the threshold of the SBD. I have been at the gym about an hour a day 6 days and the day is FRIDAY and I think I might have made progress well, guess again. NOPE I check the scale and I think I gained a pound.

I'm getting geared up to begin the SB Diet again cause that is what works for me. But I have really been limiting my intake of carbs I have not eliminated my coffee creamer or wine and I also had taco's Wednesday. Other than that I have done O.K. I am just about ready.
