I had a reasonable week. I stayed on track with eating healthy and excerise. didn't do to well on keeping journal, will do better next week.

My birthday was september 28, that was on a wednesday so my friends waited until sunday to celebrate. Went to a popular place for dinner. They served the best seafood. Well because it was my birthday I decided that it gave me the chance to eat what I wanted, and I did. I ordered the captain's seafood platter {fried}. I got right back on track this morning, but I feel so guilty.

This is a lifetime change. This something that I'm going to have to live with for the the rest of my life. I have had to make a lifestyle change, which has really been hard because there are so many foods that I hate to give up, like fried foods, cakes,and pies and cookies.I will probably be able to incorperate this into my new diet if I keep it in morderation. I am also a diabetic so I know that the sweets has to be limited anyway, but I hope that once the weight is gone the diabetes will be gone too. I pray that losing the weight and getting healthy is in God will for me.
