I am working out a the YMCA regularly now and it feels great. I feel so much better now that I've gotten myself up off the couch and movin'. I hope to get off my weight loss plateau now. Now when I wathch the Biggest Loser I don't feel so guilty not doing anything exercised wise while they're out there sweating their butts off.

I have finally gotten motivated and have joined the YMCA and will be working out at least 3 times a week. I have been two times so far since joining two days ago and it feels great. I have been a couch potato for too long and have been on a weight loss plateau for a year and a half after losing almost 60 lbs. I want to get back on track and lose the other 70 I have to go.
