Sweets at night
This is a real problem with me but I do not deprive my self if I really want something . One thing I have is dannon light and fit coconut greek yogart with some fruit . The other is 1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese with half a splenda packet and some cinnamon . Its soo good or a sugar free snack pack with strawberries . Just a few things I have . Oh and last night I had a graham cracker tbsp peanut butter and banana slices on it .

Help!!!
I say no to it I did that and when I deprived myself of the carbs I just craved them more. So I say do the 50g a day or less what ever you feel suits you .
