I had been using 2 different scales and am now going to stick to only the scale at the gym. I was sick last week so I lost some weight but, that's the only reason. I was able to work out twice today which was nice.

I started 'again' this week, I'll weigh in again soon. I've been sick this week with the flu. I did walk for an hour yesterday but I just couldn't make it today. I think 101 degree temps call for days off. I feel horrible though, the holidays were way hard on the diet & exercise. The gym had weird hours so when it was my normal time to go they were either closed or crowded. I hope I feel better in the morning. The good news though is that since I've been sick the last 3 days, I've eaten very little. I've been drinking V8 juice and diet Sprite, that's basically been my diet.

I started phase 1 again on Sunday and am doing pretty good. I'm still working out 5 days a week. I'm up to 1hr on the treadmill and 30 minutes of weights. I've increased all my weights. The weight is slowly coming off, but that's okay.

I have been working out very regularly. I enjoy it so much the only problem is, I'd like to do it more than once a day. It's such a hassle though to get all sweaty, take a shower and then get all sweaty again and take another shower. It's probably a good thing though or I'd over do it and then quit because I was burned out. I'm up to an hour on the treadmill now! That's a big accomplishment for me because of my leg. I'm only up to 2.5mph though but if I go faster my heart rate gets too high. So I lift weights and walk for 30min M-W-F and walk an hour on T-T-S. Sunday I take the day off, only because we go to church and I don't want to get all sweaty and take another shower on the only day I look good.

Woo Hoo!! Weighed in today and had lost 6lbs. I love the gym.
