HAVENT BEEN STICKING TO MY DIET VERY WELL, BUT HAVE DEFINATELY BEEN EATING HEALTHIER THAN BEFORE AND DRINKING ALOT LESS, ESPECIALLY SUGAR FILLED DRINKS LIGHT CIDERS AND BEER, NO MORE OF THAT!
I HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT MONDAY TO THURSDAY WITHOUT FAIL, AND STILL HAVENT LOST ANY WEIGHT, STILL EXACTLY THE SAME AFTER 2 WEEKS :(
OH WELL WILL KEEP TRYING!!
