30 day shred
How well does the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred work? I have seen a lot in the forum and there are a lot of mixed feelings. I am trying to find a decent workout for myself, besides the wii fit. I have it and am watching it right now to get an idea of what she does but I know that not every routine works. For some it might, others it won't.
What is a majority impression on this?
Any assistance would be welcome...even if it is criticism, lol.
