Ok started Exercise today. Plan to do my recumbent bike 20 minutes per day! The last 5 minutes today were hard but as my IFIT lady says you can do anything for just 1 more minute times 5 Yea Me!

Of The 48 Grams of Carbs I only actually consumer 10 grams or 12 grams of carb as that was the total amount of Carbs in a soup I made
