Starting my journey at 167 lbs and 39 years old as of April 2022. I used to be pretty fit pre-covid. Then found out I got cancer and spent 1 year doing surgery/chemo. From 2021 to April 2022, I've been doing moderate exercise, changed my diet to primarily pescatarian, and have gained weight and lost muscle mass.
I'm now determined to get that fabulous bod as I am preparing for a wedding! Which means calorie counting, heavier weightlifting, and more intense workouts!
