Thought.... what l like about fatsecret is that we loose very slowly but we do not feel that we are dieting really . I least, l don't! . Hopefully, l will not put the weight back on!! 😂🤗

What a day!!! 3 of my colleagues have cancer. This week l was told that 1 of them is in hospice since last night. 1 other is in hospital as the cancer had spread onto her spine and 1 is starting chemotherapy. 😪l am lost for words.

I was so happy when l weighed myself this morning! After all that hard work. I have up my intake of food as advised by my buddies, drank 2 litres of water a day and miracle!! Lost 600 grs
I never thought that loosing weight would take so much effort.
