Hi All,
I said to myself I needed to work out - I was doing great for a while - but then dropped! First I didn't workout - then I started to eat poorly. Why is this SOOOO hard!? I'm single, 29, and usually have some energy. Instead of working out - I've been watching TV - not even really cleaning at home... (that reminds me, I have clothes in the wash)
What do you all do to get back on track? How does this work? I'm upset that I'm not losing weight... but not too surprised w/ how I've been eating and lack of exercise.
Ok, today's a new start - a new day - but if you read this - please comment on how you've stayed on track? Good ideas about handling social situations. I have a date on Saturday for "drinks" .....ugh - Instead of being excited for my date - I'm ticked about the calories hahaha

Weekends
Ugh - I hear ya. All my dad does is eat (he's REALLY overweight - 350) and so all I do is eat. Even if I have whole wheat crackers and oranges - I eat... it's not good. I always end up gaining after a week at my dad's. I tell myself that I'm not him - and I don't have to be overweight... but, it's really hard. I'm guessing it's not just the two of us that have this problem!!!

I couldn't agree more!! Taco Bell stuff actually makes me mad! How are they able to post that?? I love at the end when it says, "Reults not typical" ....no kidding - you're eating at Taco Bell!
Orino6 - that's awesome you were able to do that... but seriously, like you said - how many people could do that.
At lease Subway is somewhat healthy - meat, no cheese, vegies - it's a good deal.
Ok, that's my taco bell vent but I'm SO glad someone brought this up.
