So, pretty much I have no idea what I'm doing.
I started this cause I'm going to make a concious effort to improve myself. In March of last year, I got into a car accident. Since then, I have been in and out of work, Back and forth to different types of Physical therapy and steroidal injections and medications. I'm not saying before the accident I was a world class athleate or anything, but since the then, I've been babying myself and treating my situation like I'm going to break a hip or throw my back out. I'M 28! I should be bouncing back from this, if I didn't treat myself like a china doll. Before, I would run around like an indistructable 15 year old boy most of the time. Now, I'm lazy. The only thing keeping me from having gained copious amounts of weight is that while out of work, I was waiting on disability checks and couldn't afford much food, other then soups. Otherwise, I eat my feelings, and when I'm bored, or when it looks really good...really I'm a human garbage disposal. I will eat anything.
