I have not benn being serious enough about making this change. Weight is just going up and down the same 5 ppounds, habits are vacillating between bad and fair... can't get into a rhythmn with food or exercise (ar attitude). Not sure why I am having so much trouble, but I am viewing today as a starting point for good positive behavior: food journaling, taking the stairs, drinking water - trying to set myself up for success.
I keep trying to remember that these are steps towards a better life - a life where I feel healthy and don't worry about feeling winded walking to work. A life where I feel confident, capable and in control. Feel better, look better, live better. I guuess on some level I need to make sure I want good things for myself... but that is, perhaps, another kettle of fish.
