Did pretty today! Last night i made a delicious crustless spinach quiche that was super delicious and rich tasting but with very little calories per serving. I also made some garlic kale with lemon to go along with it. It was so good i took some with me to work today and ate it for lunch :) I've been getting compliments on my figure lately. I can't really tell a big difference but it might just be the extra pep in my step since eating healthier and exercising. I did snack twice today but it was all healthy stuff and low cal so i don't feel so bad! a little after lunch i had a banana and light and fit greek yogurt, and just now i had an oz of beef jerky and 3 slices cracker cuts sharp cheddar. I have more of a savory tooth than a sweet tooth and i absolutely love cheese! I just have to remember to eat it in moderation and i'll be ok. :) anyway, i;m off work now, time to go see my boo and then go on my nightly mile long walk with my dog! Have a great evening everyone!

191lbs this morning! I am sooooooo happy! I'll be at my goal in no time :)

Below is a quick before and "during". During because i am not at my goal yet so i don't feel right calling it "after" :-P. It is a slight difference in my belly, it doesn't look as puffy as before and i can totally feel the difference when i put on clothes! I still have a ways to go, but this is most certainly motivating! What do you guys think?

Today I am at 192lbs. from my staring weight which was 198lbs.I feel very good :) My energy is up, my clothes are starting to fit better and i just overall feel better about myself. I know 6lbs isn't much, but its a start to what is going to be a much bigger goal and lifestyle change :) 6 down 27 to go!
