Did pretty today! Last night i made a delicious crustless spinach quiche that was super delicious and rich tasting but with very little calories per serving. I also made some garlic kale with lemon to go along with it. It was so good i took some with me to work today and ate it for lunch :) I've been getting compliments on my figure lately. I can't really tell a big difference but it might just be the extra pep in my step since eating healthier and exercising. I did snack twice today but it was all healthy stuff and low cal so i don't feel so bad! a little after lunch i had a banana and light and fit greek yogurt, and just now i had an oz of beef jerky and 3 slices cracker cuts sharp cheddar. I have more of a savory tooth than a sweet tooth and i absolutely love cheese! I just have to remember to eat it in moderation and i'll be ok. :) anyway, i;m off work now, time to go see my boo and then go on my nightly mile long walk with my dog!
