Kind of stuck at 190 :( booo! I didn't do to well this weekend. The boyfriend and I went on day trip to PA on saturday and they have some really good grub. specifically bbq and pizza. I had one bbq pork sandwich. The sandwiches there are a little different. there is no bbq sauce on the pork, and they top them with sweet pickle relish...so good! I also had a bag of Middlesworth chips, which are also really good and only found in that part of PA. they had the tiny bags, so i opted for those at only 130 calories. For dinner we met up with his dad and had pizza. Probably the best pizza i've had in my life. Very fresh, natural ingredients, no added oils and just delicious. I kind of pigged out and had 4 slices. We did do alot of walking and climbing in the woods, so i thought it would be ok to treat myself. That was all i ate for the day aside from the iced coffee and hard boiled egg i had for breakfast. No snacks in between so I stuck to my RDI. I did not work out saturday though ( aside from all the walking and climbing) so i think that's why i didnt lose. The next morning we slept in and i had kefir and an english muffin with omega 3 light butter on it. this kept me full until around 3, i had a banana and drank lots of water. for dinner i made a fresh salad with shredded chicken breast from a rotissere chicken we had in the fridge and some vegetable soup that my mother made for us. I worked out like crazy last night on that electronic stepper my friend gave me. I think i'm going to kick it into high gear this week and for the remainder of my journey and see what i can really do! I just wish I had a friend to work out with :( oh well! Can't let that stop me!

quick question- how many calories does sex burn? specifically vigorous sex? lol...if it counts, than i worked out twice yesterday because that's all we did sunday morning! lol!

Pretty busy day today! Running around in the office all day! We had pizza at lunch today ( just like every friday!) and I successfully avoided it :) I did however have the wonderful colorful garden salad and a couple of baked, skinless chicken wings! I have been using bolthouse farms yogurt ranch dressing ( i bought a couple of bottles and put it in the fridge at work) and it's been cutting me so many calories! it's only 45 calories per serving and sooo delicious! i don't even miss regular ranch! They have a variety of different dressings and i'm excited to try them :) After work I helped my friend move some stuff out of her apartment to her new house and that was a work out it in it's self! She had a compact elliptical/stair climber exercise machine with resistance bands and asked me if i wanted it...of course i said yes! It's almost brand new and shes only used it a couple of times but she said I will probably get more use out of it and I will! To thank me, she took me out to dinner which was really sweet! We went to Wendy's and of course I had to be "that" customer again! I got a hamburger with no mayo, no cheese and removed the top bun. I did eat a small serving of french fries though because i deserved it :) After all of that I came home and took my dog for a run! I am so proud of myself for pushing myself to run longer than i thought i could handle! Even my dog was like "wtf?! you're running???" lol he didn't know how to act! Anyway, I should get to sleep now, i have a mini road trip to PA in the morning with the boyfriend and i have to be out of the house by 8am! Goodnight all!

Feeling so good!!! I've been jogging this week as opposed to my usual 1 mile walks and it's been tiring, but i know that once i get in better shape it will be easier and i can jog longer distances! I made a delicious healthy dinner for my boyfriend tonight and he loved it! it was completely satisfy yet low cal and balanced! it consisted of sauteed spinach with garlic and lemon juice, baked sweet potato fries ( that i cut myself!) tossed in a little bit of olive oil, salt, pepper and pumpkin pie spice ( i know it sounds weird, but it was absolutely delcious!!!) and the protein was boneless, skinless chicken thighs marinated in minced garlic, cajun seasoning and paprika. It all came out perfect and under 400 calories! :) I was so proud of myself! I took a front view before and "during" that i'm going to post below, and i was so happy to see that the results are showing! my love handles and belly are shrinking as are my arms! I'm so excited to hit my 10lb mark and I know that it's just going to get better from there :)
