Well here I am back at it. I believe I've gained about 5 pounds since last log in but the last log in was long time ago so not toooo tooo bad. I will take it. Got to go have my cheese omelet. Another day another south beach diet......

Ouch...No weight loss..Not even 1 pound! However, I chalk it up to the stomach flu I had which did not allow me to have my proper diet nor my water intake.....Feeling a little bummed about it but at least its not up I guess.

Well tomorrow is weigh in day. I feel like its been forever since I 've journalled but I had a few days of the stomach flu which put me back a bit. Certainly didn't eat much which was on the plus side but could not keep up with my daily water intake thats for sure and certainly followed no structured diet as I was too ill. However, I got back at it today and went to my Curves workout. Still thinking big and strong about this Couch to 5k program which I want my son and I to do. Perhaps I should go shoe shopping this weekend for some good running shoes and start with the downloading of the podcasts to my mp3. Well we will what tomorrow brings.

Well I finished my most intense workout ever at curves. I burned a whole 620 calories on my workout. Even the Curves trainer could not believe it. I definately hit a high today. However, I knew I was pushing myself harder today as I could hardly talk after and I felt my heart pumping like crazy but BOY do I feel good now...I can't wait for that whole wheat pizza later. I deserve it....
