I just spent 1.5 hours at Costco trying to find good things that I can eat. I guess that I didn't do too bad. For a treat, I bought the dried coconut. It will have to be hidden so I don't eat the whole bag. It will have to be measured!

I made the mistake of getting on the scale today. I was up just a little, but was so good yesterday! Maybe by next week I will have lost a pound or two???
What really messed me up was trying Visalus for 45 days. All the soy must have changed how my hormones work, thus the 7 pound gain in 45 days!
But, I gave it a shot. I do feel bad because I promised my friend to try it for 90 days. But since I kept gaining weight, I started doing research about the product and what is in it. I looked at each ingredient, where it came from, the side effects, etc.
I just hope that my body will get back to normal so that the weight will come off. I'm very discouraged.

The day went well with my food. Heidi is okay, but tired after her surgery at the vet. A blizzard came in with high winds so I didn't get to go for the walk that I was planning.
I have things to do for our MS support group tonight.
The hardest part of my day is always night-time, when we are watching TV. I just want to eat. I may have an apple or some popcorn tonight.
Another goal that I've got is to not eat after 7pm everyday.

I just figured out that this program let's you re-start your diet! Maybe after you are 40, it takes longer to see these simple things.
So, I installed FS on my Android and am going to give this 101%!

Starting over today. I did the Visalus that didn't work. I promised my friend to try it for 90 days, but gained 7 pounds.
Things have to change. I'm going to download fat secret on my phone today and start over!!!!!
