I had a rough few weeks. Three binge days, and only worked out twice a week for two of the weeks. This week I am back on track, I've worked out 4 days this week, and have been in a range of 1200-1600 net calories every day (inclusive of my workout calories burnt). I hopped on the scale today just to see what was going on, and I haven't even lost a POINT of a pound. I understand that this is my first week of working out consistently, but I guess I was just hoping for *anything*.

My first weigh-in is on Monday. I can't work out today or friday or saturday but I'm hopping back on the wagon Sunday and getting at least 4-5 days in next week.

I know I have to be patient, but I just want to lose this first seventeen pounds and get to my goal. Sticking with anything is always so difficult for me. I just need to not give up.
