I'm 5'4",currently at 145lb (66kg), my goal weight is 130lb (59kg) by the end of April and 120lb (54kg) by the end of summer.

Calories remaining
If you had already entered your weight, it would have calculated your recommended daily intake. Go to "Calendar" (on the right side of the screen), enter your physical activities for the day and it will give the difference between your caloric intake and caloric output. Note that every time you enter the calories you eat it tells the percentage that you have done for your weight (scroll down to the bottom of the page below dinner and snack meal entries).

Food Intake vs Calorie Counting please help im stuck lol
Ok...how about trying to wean yourself off the fried, salty, fatty stuff by reducing the number of times you consume these things per day/week, until you can completely eliminate them from your daily diet.
