Up one pound in 15 days, and I'm SO grateful that it isn't more/worse. While a gain isn't ever a good thing in my case, I was terrified that I'd be up by five or more pounds.
Two weeks ago I had a minor surgery that barred me from most of my typical methods of exercise. While I likely could've found alternative options, I simply didn't. No excuses.
On top of that, I seem to eat -worse- when I'm not exercising? I don't have any logic behind it, but my eating as well as tracking were both way off course. Yesterday was the first day back at exercising, and we're aiming for day two today.

I knew the increase was coming --- my eating has been ridiculous the last two weeks, with exercise being sporadic at best.
That being said, zero regrets about it because the food (while not of the healthy variety) was made by two of the most loved people in my life, and a day will come where I will no longer be able to enjoy their cooking.
Time to get back to those good habits.

I don't think I can attribute this drop to any efforts of my own, so much as my last weigh-in being impacted by something hinky going on with my body last week and this week (in short, TOM was out of whack).
Glad to see my body figuring things out, at least. Walked five miles today, 4.5 miles yesterday, just trying to get my fill of "nice" weather before the bleak, gray chill of winter sets in.
