good day- keeps number low and having soup for lunch helps- then have my lunch for dinner at work.....
try to do more fruits- gave up carb thing....

did good for a weekend- could have been alot worst !!!!!!! Back on track ! to be with Chuck this weekend I want to look good- or just feel good about my self !
