I suck. I sabotaged all my progress this last few weeks. Why? Cause when I’m stressed, depressed or sad what do I do? I feel empty and when I feel empty and depressed I want to feel any other feeling in the entire world. So I eat and eat and eat sweet things, salty things, comfort things chasing that feel good feeling until I’m so full I’m so focused on the discomfit I no longer have to be sad or depressed anymore. Why? Cause I suck! Why!?!?! Cause by creating a problem I don’t have to focus on the crippling reality that is my current life….maybe it’s too overwhelming and by causing this discomfort I can escape into a tub of ice cream or the bottom of the cereal box just long enough to not want to kill myself. I’m safe I won’t actually do it but let’s be honest we still have those feelings even if we don’t plan to act upon them.

Time for some self love. I need to stop forgetting that the woman looking in the mirror back is not the same woman I was at over 400 lbs. I’ve come a long way and I need to respect myself more. This next week I’m going to focus on that.

F***er! Okay fine! It’s still under 290. I haven’t lost the goal I reached just going to take me a little more effort to get to my next goal. Bring on the an work outs. I’m about to abuse this fat off of me lol
