Day 31..take my journey with me....hidden carbs


One month Start weight 230 today 210 20 pounds lost

Alot of you know I went old school last tuesday. Alot of people have been writing me asking about the 20 carbs a day. The truth is unless you really watch, there is carbs in everything. 1 half -n- half is 4 carbs per serving because it has milk in it. When your reading a label for your favorite foods it might say 1 carb but that is for one serving--- pouring cream till your coffee is tan is not one carb. So what I realize is I am getting alot of carbs, hidden carbs!!!

I am making those dang cheese crisps kapple wrote about they have about 3 carbs per ounce and I could eat them all day. My cream cheese dip and celery is about four carbs 2 for one stalk and 2 carbs for 4 tsps of cream cheese. So what I am trying to say is if you are not losing weight and are trying really hard to get all your veggies in you might be going over 20,--- it is so easy to do. You got to be really smart to not be caught by the hidden carbs, they are in spices, tenderizer, fiber pills, and even some vitamins. So today's lesson is beware of the infestation of carbs in your food........lol.....they are out to make you fat...........Have a great carbfree day!

today is had a spinach and cheese omelet with coffee, for lunch celery and crab dip, and for dinner I am making breaded chicken with flaxseed flour. Snack peanut butter mousse again it is just too good! exercise is 1 hour on the elliptical and 3 lap walk.

Day 29......Is Bob Harper a sell out....take my journey with me!


Start weight 230 monday 210 20 pounds lost

I hate false ads example mascara you can clearly see that is fake lashes. And what about diet ads that have people computer generated to be fat in their before pictures.

Kim K. was selling weightloss pills but was never any bigger than she is now, but today Bob harper from the biggest loser has got my goat!!!! I watch the biggest loser every weeks since I been on atkins. I try to make my weightloss at least the same as the lowest loser girl, while what I trully want is to match the highest weight of the girls-- but we are not living on the ranch, exercising 4-6 hours a day. So my expectations are silly really, but today when I opened my magazine there was an ad for weightloss pills that Bob Harper is selling. So what does that mean, the biggest loser people are taking a bunch of weightloss drugs, I can't believe he sold out. Money apparently can buy anyone. So maybe they are taking carb blockers, or appetite suppressants. It makes me feel that all the people wanting to believe it was just diet and exercise are getting con. Or Bob cares more about money than integrity. Well I am personally a fan of the black team but I will never looked at the show the same again.........have a great carbfree week!

today I had another bacon,cheese and egg frittia with coffee, celery with a cream cheese dips with leeks and onions, and vienna sausages for lunch, and dinner is steak with onions. Exercise was Netflix 10 minute pilates, then 30 on the eliptical. And I will stay on the eliptical while the biggest loser is on tonight breaking on commercials.
