1 month and 10 days.....you are going to be disappointed!!


Start weight 230 today 204 26 pounds lost

Yesterday was super busy for me, I had a lot of errands to run I was all over town. I still couldn't keep the KingCake off my mind. I was starting to crack by lunch I commited my first cheat since starting over 6 Weeks ago. I bought a small King Cake and Ate one medium piece, I cut the rest for the kids so I would not be tempted again. I know this is terrible and I am not proud of cheating. I did eat low carb for the rest of the day yesterday and today I am back on track completely. I am sorry to disappoint you all. The good new is the scale was only up 8 ozs so far this morning.

Yesterday we had two carports and a gargage put up. These guys built all of this in one day---- it was amazing to me I am still trying to get my husband to finish the porch after two years of begging.





I hope everybody has a great week.

I had two eggs of breakfast, lunch was a porkchop with cream cheese dip, snack one piece of kingcake, dinner was baked chicken. Exercise was raking the yard and running all over town.

I changed my screename to something more fun, I hope you like it better! I am entering the video of my baby to america's funniest home video's I will let you know if it makes it to tv!



I think God is really trying to tell me something, today I went to the post office (less than a mile from the house) and the lady behind the counter asked me if I was interested in a job, that they are interviewing a 6:00p.m. today. That is the third job possibly this week, I am going to take the hint and go!!!lol

I have lost a total of 30 inches, one more in the waist and legs this week!!!! I keep looking at the diet ads in the magazines I get and they say it takes 18 weeks to lose 30 pounds, I think all of can do better than that, so don't waste your money on diet pills, atkins works!!!!!

1 month and 8 days.... facebook


today 26 pounds lost! I had a lazy day after the 11 hours of house cleaning I did yesterday. Me and the kids went out to lunch with my mom at a local mexican resturant. I had these shrimp nachos no chips.

It is made with shrimp, peppers, onions, cheese and some kind of spicy red sauce it is so good and only cost $6.00 which is a steal....from the picture it kind of looks like chinese food but the stuff that looks like rice is cheese. Also today while we were eating the baby fell asleep and was still trying to shove food in her mouth. It won't let me download the video to this blog but you can go to my facebook and see it if you want and you can friend me while you are there!

my facebook name is Danica Barber location picayune mississippi. Hopefully I won't be to hard to find, how many danica's could there be......lol.....I sure there are more now because of the race car driver. Have a great superbowl day and I hope your team wins!!

today I eggs and bacon with coffee, shrimp nachos for lunch and left over meat loaf for dinner. Exercise is going to be a Bravo video from the show "workout that had jackie on it"and probably 30 minutes on the eliptical. Dad is bringing us to the superdome tonight to the sportsman show so I am not sure if I am going to eat anything else, see you tommorrow!Night

1 month and 1 week..........What was I thinking....

Well I have to say it is getting easier and the scale is finally co-operating. Week 3 and 4 were hard with my weight jumping all around but, week 5 the scale is moving down a little everyday. I am not sure if my body is adjusting better but I can have more cheese and creamer this week and it is not bothering my ketosis-- so that is great. I had this great idea that I would clean the house out yesterday. I am not sure what I was thinking, I started at one end and cleaned every drawer, mirror, shelf, blind, scrubbed the showers and cleaned under everything. About 7 hours into it I was thinking I must be crazy, my legs were aching and I wanted a nap, throwing out things is exhausting. I finished the last load of clothes, and mopped the last floor at 11:00 o'clock last night and slept till 9:00 this morning. That is the latest in years. I will say it is sure nice to wake up to a immaculate house even though I know the kids will have it tore up in a couple of hours. My Next project tackle the closets but today I am taking the day off and going outside to play baseball with the kids.

How are all of you doing? Are you starting to get tempted? Thinking about cheating for the superbowl? Have you tried some low carb recipes?

I plan on having a low carb party for the superbowl, crab dip with cheese crisps, chicken wings cooked with Italian dressing with blue cheese dip, a meat and cheese tray and maybe some skewers off the grill, my mouth is watering already. Manning is from here he use to date a girl from my town so I guess that is who I am rooting for since my saints are out! Well have a great carbfree weekend!!

I had bacon and eggs for breakfast with coffee for breakfast, smothered pork chops for lunch, and breadless meatloaf for dinner. I did 11 hours of housework that should have been a ton of calories.......lol..........it took 11,187 steps to get it done.
