shaking back today, I ate way too many cookies yesterday, I tried walffle come cookies for the first time And ate at least 15 before the day was over , no awld control , that's why I quit buying anything easy to cook or unhealthy snacks and stuffed that are already cooked, if I want to eat I have to cook lol and that gives me time for the chocolate or Candy craving to pass. and I gave the rest of those cookies AWAY! lol had no choice! hopefully one day I'll have more control but today I don't! how long did it take to get easier for y'all or does it ever get easier??? all answers appreciated TIA KARI

I started my journey at 268 in August, I quit fast food sodas , fried foods, and most diary products except for eggs , I'm super excited about this, and my Dr has put me on ozlempic for my pre diabetes and the side effect is weight loss , heck yeah I'll take that✌️🤕
